Credit card orders will be shipped only to the billing address of the
credit card. Once a history is established with us you may request a
different shipping address for your orders. All orders are processed
through PayPal |

Items
not in stock cannot be ordered. Inventory is updated twice a week. |
Damage/Loss

All
claims must be filed with the CARRIER.
IRON EAGLE will not be responsible
for any direct or indirect labor, garage, medical, or legal expense,
or any other expense related to use of any item listed in this catalog,
or delay caused by any such item. |
Returns
|
|
|
Any unauthorized
parts that are returned without a return number will be either refused
or disregarded. We will cover shipping on defective products. Customers
are responsible for shipping on non-defective parts. There is a 25%
restock fee for non-defective parts. Know your
bike!!!!! We do not accept returns for parts that do not fit because you do not know your bike or it has been modified.
- Request for return must be within
10 days. If customer doesn't contact IRON EAGLE within the 10
day period no return authorization will be granted. Check your part.
- IMPORTANT. Open all boxes and
inspect the contents. If something looks incorrect please
contact us immediately. NO RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 10
DAYS.

HOW
TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
- E-mail IRON EAGLE within
10 days with the following information.
(a) Name, address,
phone (b) Invoice date and number (c) Reason for return
- Upon return authorization number
being granted, you must include this information for your return
to be processed. If this information is not included or if
the information you include is incomplete your return will be
refused and returned to you. Please follow specifically.
- Put authorization number in
bold black letters on OUTSIDE
Of BOX. If this number
is not on the box it will be refused.
- Xerox copy of original invoice
must be put INSIDE the box along with items being returned.
Include a brief note of explanation for the return.
- Return must be shipped PRE-PAID.
No exceptions. If any box is returned C.O.D. it will be refused
unless arranged with us prior to return.
- Any shortages or discrepancies
must be reported within 3
DAYS of delivery. If
your problem is not reported within that time frame IRON EAGLE
will not accept responsibility.
- IRON EAGLE through its return
policy doesn't guarantee that a return can be given a credit,
refund or exchanged until the part is returned for evaluation.
IRON EAGLE reserves the right to issue either a credit, refund,
or exchange for the returned merchandise. We will cover return
shipping on all defective items other then electrical.
- Any items purchased from IRON
EAGLE must be returned in the same form and packaging as they
were received. No painting, molding, disassembly, modification,
or alteration of any type will be accepted back.

Guarantee

All items
distributed by IRON EAGLE carry a 100% guarantee it found defective.
All items sold are considered by law a customer assembled item and
carry no liability to the maker. If a part is defective we will
replace it free of charge, but in no case can we assume any liability
of any type. Absolutely no guarantee or return on any electrical
parts. These can be handled by the manufacturer. Guarantee is limited to the replacement
or repair of part(s) in question. Absolutely no guarantee if part
has been installed and run for more than 10 days. |
Refunds

All refunds
are subject to the approval of IRON EAGLE. We reserve the right
to refuse anyone service and deny any return privilege. |
